1. The service
Osd-Scan provides free tools to scan, convert and edit documents. The tools run on your own device. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind.
2. Acceptable use
You are responsible for the documents you process and must have the right to use them. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, to remove protection from documents you are not authorized to open, or to infringe others' rights.
3. Intellectual property
The Osd-Scan name, logo and website design belong to Osd-AI. Open-source components are used under their respective licenses.
4. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Osd-AI is not liable for any loss of data, profits or other damages arising from the use of the service. Always keep a copy of your original files.
5. Paid apps
Terms for paid desktop licenses will be provided at purchase.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel; the courts of Tel Aviv have exclusive jurisdiction.
7. Language
These terms are provided in English. Translations of the website are for convenience; the English version prevails.
